We are pleased to let every one know that with immediate effect, our clinics have re-opened. We have made some changes to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the high quality services you expect from us. Our staff have been briefed and we have put the appropriate measures in place to assist with reducing any risks following Government guidelines.
Initially we have to let clinics run alternate weeks because we cannot as yet commit dates for surgical treatments. We are hoping that this will change in the next few weeks when with some alternative arrangements we will be back full time. Those patients who are already waiting for a procedure will be treated first before we can move onto our newer clients. This will take time and we thank you for being understanding about this.
We would like to say that we do not believe in using the excuse that these are "unprecedented times." There are many occasions throughout history where unexpected change in business happened β such change put some clinics out of business, whilst others became stronger, as they re-invented themselves.
This scenario is NOT unprecedented β Itβs definitely more sudden and shocking than anything we have ever experienced before, yes. But itβs NOT unprecedented. Weβve shifted our thinking, about how we operate and how we serve our patients in what will be a different world. We have a great team and I have the utmost confidence in our clinic to navigate our way back to being the leading clinic in the south west for vein therapies.
